Dr. Marissa Wehrman

Dr. Wehrman is originally from Portola California. She studied Animal Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science in 2016. She then went on to pursue her passion for veterinary medicine graduating with her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Lincoln Memorial University in 2020. Dr. Wehrman’s ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality medicine while strengthening the human animal bond. She thoroughly enjoys establishing lasting relationships with clients and appreciates working closely with owners in order to determine treatment plans that are best suited and most effective for the family. Outside of work, Dr. Wehrman enjoys exploring the Sierra Nevadas whether it be snowboarding all winter or paddleboarding all summer with her two dogs Hazel & Teddy. Overall, Dr. Wehrman is an extremely caring and compassionate veterinarian that is looking forward to meeting your family’s needs at Aspen Animal Wellness Veterinary Clinic.
