Aspen Animal Wellness understands that behind every amazing visit is a truly incredible staff. A kennel assistant is a very important part of the staff at Aspen Animal Wellness. You aren’t just cleaning up after patients and staff (although that is a big part of the job). Our kennel assistants are encouraged to learn handling skills, assisting techniques and knowledge about the veterinary field. Generally, a kennel assistant position is a part-time position but full-time could certainly be considered. You will receive a competitive salary, paid time off, simple IRA with matching, scrub allowance and pet benefits. We are open Monday through Friday – so your weekends are free!
