To prepare for your visit, we ask that you provide your pet’s records at least 48 hours prior the appointment. Do you have a previous veterinarian from whom we can request records? *

(If we do not receive your pet's records in a timely manner, it may cause delay in treatment or even rescheduling/cancellation of appointments. Thank you for your understanding!)

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time that services are performed. A deposit may be required for surgical or emergency treatment. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, cash, Apple Pay and Care Credit. All credit/debit cards and checks must be verified with proper identification from the owner of the card or check. A valid driver’s license is required when paying by check for the first time. Returned checks will incur a fee. Our staff is happy to discuss any questions or concerns prior to service. *

Payment Plan

Aspen Animal Wellness offers a no interest, 6-month payment plan through CareCredit®. Please ask a staff member for assistance if you are interested in applying for CareCredit® *

Rabies Policy

For the safety of our staff and patients, documentation of current rabies immunization or titer test is required for all patients prior to treatment, hospitalization or surgery. *

Hospitalization

We are not a 24 hour facility. Patients in need of continued medical care overnight will be referred to the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center, Blue Pearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital or other 24 hour facility. *

Safety

For the safety of your pets and others, all patients must be on a leash or in a carrier. Pets may be ill or nervous. Please refrain from social interactions with other pets. Please let us know if you would prefer to wait in your car rather than the lobby. *

Missed Appointments

If appointments are missed without prior notice, we reserve the right to decline future services. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we appreciate 48 hours' notice so that we may offer appointments to other pets. *
